Hello beautiful, Happy almost-June, I hope you are starting to enjoy the fruits of winter and early spring's labors. It's been warmish and springy indeed in Cologne this week and as I write, a thunderstorm has passed, the rain and hail has given way to sunshine again. The past months have happily involved quite a bit of travel and adventure for me, and with that employing all of the tools I have been gathering over the years to make adjusting to the whims of getting around managable. A neck pillow and blanket/towel/wrap are always there to provide comfort, among other physical aids, and I have a toolkit of yoga movements and stretches that make me feel better before, during, and after a trip. For frequent flyers and folks for whom it is important that we freely move, in this week's blog I'm offering yummy yoga poses, practices, and a playlist full of goodies for small spaces of time and elbowroom. Hello beautiful, It was very special for us to be able to celebrate Cologne CSD/Pride last weekend, and I'm so glad to hear that this huge multi-day demonstration went off without major incident thank you to organizers, participants, and police.
