Hello beautiful, Happy end-of-Quarter One, almost-April, end of Ramadan and soon to be Easter if you celebrate! Music lovers might want to observe Piano Day on March 29th, and March 31st is Transgender Day of Visibility It is a scary time for transgender people, a vulnerable minority, to be visible and so many feel unsafe, but it is a beautiful opportunity to show your love, acceptance & support! When scheduling with me and attending classes or sessions online, keep in mind that we will "spring forward" to Central European Summer Time in Germany THIS WEEKEND, March 30th. For example, my online Yummy Gentle Yoga will be offered at same time this zone, 7:00pm CST, but as a result will be earlier in HI after the time change, 7:00am HST (later in winter time since HI has no daylight savings time, check your zone). A few exciting events ahead for me in Quarter Two are traveling to the US in mid-April to May to see one of my favorite cities, Portland, Oregon, and to visit my parents in my hometown of Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i. Stay tuned for associated updates to my teaching schedule, and special events during the trip and when I return to Cologne, including emceeing another ballet, special workshops and new class sessions starting. On the blog and in my video this week, I'm sharing my monthly completion process for February, including important events, favorite experiences, and choice media: Read the February was for Demonstrating & Dancing article here My other creations, recommendations, and questions for you are: Viewing:

Hello beautiful, School began again in Nordrhein-Westfalen this week, and I'm in a flurry of preparation to meet new and returning students and teach and learn exciting things this fall! I've included a couple of schedule updates for September below and will keep you in the loop on further developments as I am able. Hello beautiful, July was about high summer, brought a heat wave and then cool rain to Cologne, and kicked off my "Swashbuckling Summer" and "Splits this Season" series with glowing energy and creativity. This week I've got an article about last month and two new videos for you, a flip-through of the month of July in my Seasonal Bullet Journal Book with reflections, and Part 3 of the Splits this Summer video sequence. Lovely online yogis or potential practitioners: please let me know if...
Hello beautiful, Light as a feather, fluttering in springtime and summer, having had encounters with butterflies in just about every place I have been, I always feel blessed by their gentle presence. Butterfly, Schmetterling, Farfalle, Papillon…I love their many names, their movements, the science and the mystery behind their lifecycles. My late ex mother in law Janine Kirkpatrick’s art faithfully depicting endangered butterflies I find particularly moving. Beloveds do come to mind as a...
