Hello beautiful, Happy full Worm Moon! I had a wonderful time sharing a special 15 minute Mini-Barre for my students on YouTube and live workshop here in Cologne in celebration of International Women's Day last Saturday. It was inspiring participating in professional exchange with a purpose, to promote global human rights. Nice to see that one2one Institut Koeln shared a lovely post with video from contribution on Instagram. I'm looking forward to the Vernal Equinox and the daylight savings "spring forward" coming up later this month, and I'm so delighted my favorite season is arriving: stay tuned for any changes to class meeting times.
